The Westin Governor Morris was in Morristown. People also search it as the Westin Morristown. New Years NJ hosted New Year's Eve there in other years. This page does not pin those years to a calendar. What it can say is that the Westin is not this year's hotel.
Thursday, December 31, 2026, the gala is not at the Westin and not in Morristown. The overnight package is about 15 minutes away, at the Dolce Hotel Parsippany, formerly the Sheraton Parsippany, 199 Smith Road. The evening is 8 PM to 1 AM. Read it on NewYearsNJ.com. The room, if Morristown was your old plan
There is only one New Year's Eve. VIP Couple's Gold is $799.99 per couple because it keeps the night under one roof: two gala tickets, the Dolce room (a king bed or two beds, typically two queens, chosen at booking), a five-hour open bar, dinner, live music, a full-service American breakfast for two from 8 to 11 AM, and late checkout at 1 PM. Check-in is 4 PM, or 2 PM if you add Platinum for $99.99. No one has to drive back toward Morristown at 1 AM.
The ballroom is large enough to sit away from the speakers. Dinner is a salad, then filet mignon and shrimp, with salmon, chicken, or vegetarian. The dessert is not chosen yet. The open bar is five hours, with a midnight champagne toast. Glass Houses, The Billy Joel Concert Experience, and Daddy Pop are listed on the entertainment page. A ticket without a room is $299.99. The 7:45 PM cocktail hour is only the Platinum upgrade. A 3% card fee applies at checkout. INVITE2027 takes $50 off through Saturday, November 7.
